Wow!! So very impressed with our experience at Salsify. We made a booking for restaurant week, admittedly not being familiar with the restaurant but based on their appealing menu. It was just fantastic. Each course was beautifully balanced interms of flavours u0026 textures. We chose the wine pairing which was very good value for money. Their wine list is interesting and vast but very pricey. Service is excellent and attentive.

The shorter tasting menu was perfect for a relaxed lunch. Had two excellent chenin Blanc's to complement the meal. Slightly more relaxed atmosphere compared to La Colombe and as a result would probably go back more frequently. Excellent service and views.

Easily the best fine dining experience in 2021. We came with high expectations after reading a review in Financial Mail and the expectations were met and exceed! From the kitchen gifts to the various courses, it was just amazing!

Honestly the best fine dining experience I've ever had.
We had the 13 course meal with wine pairing and it was amazing
I would recommend this to anyone who loves fine dining.
The place has the best vibe going on
The service is so professional and excellent

Small portions each offering a wonderful introduction to the perfect combination of textured flavours. Kitchen gifts entice, wine complements perfectly and the sago soufflé takes sago pudding to heights you would never dream of. We had great fun celebrating our partnership and even interpreted the art of our dishes there was so much to enjoy.

Salsify is an amazing restaurant. The food is superb, the waitrons are of the highest class. We had an all round amazing experience as a company outing yesterday. Big thank you to the Salsify team for making our day so special. Go spoil yourself, I highly recommend!
