Service is shockingly terrible , we had ordered a milkshake and were told it’s a hassle as he has to go upstairs and make it. We told him that’s not our fault and we still wanted the milkshake , after a long wait he finally brought it to us but to our shock it came with half a straw that was broken off from a full one. We asked if he maybe had a full straw that wasn’t broken in half as this was difficult to drink the milkshake. His reply was no this is the straw he gave us and that’s it adding a comment aswell “you’ll manage don’t worry” really disappointed in the service , not what I expect from a hotel. This isn’t our first bad encounter here.

I loved everything about this place , definitely on my top 5 rooftop bars , the hospitality wa amazing , the food was amazing and the vibe is what makes me want to keep coming back

Beautiful bar, reasonable prices, amazing food and I love that there is a DJ around for some nice music

A perfect site at the heart of the city. However the site doesn't compliment the service. Saturday the 3rd of October had a terrible day at this place . Firstly we got there with my family and there was no one to sit us down we had to sit ourselves down outside in the sun after 20 minutes without any attention, we went to the bar to ask for help . We did approach the guy in the bar for an umbrella because it was very hot outside only to be told there is no more umbrellas. Mind you it's more than 30minutes no menus no service at all . We went back to the bar to ask for drinks atleast , that took more than 20 mins to come and still a milkshake was missing and it took some time also to come. The entire evening we had to go inside to place an order it was very tiring. We dont know if that's how you operate but that was an awful experience. I was very disappointed. My family had a horrible day . It would be better if the sevice can be improved.

The service was horrible, I had to ask the staff twice before they could clean the table I wanted to be seated at. When we finally got to order our drinks they didn’t have the ingredients for my partners drink and they made an assumption that she’d want a strawberry daiquiri (never have I met a barman that makes assumptions). When I tasted my strawberry daiquiri it tasted more like ice and without any adult beverage in the mix, I am stunned by the behavior of this staff and the treatment they’ve shown to me and my partner. I asked to speak to the manager and as I type this review it’s been 15minutes and the manager still hasn’t shown up.
