Good location for exploring the city, more business oriented feel, but was a fine property for our initial weekend exploring Cape Town. All of the typical Westin amenities, nice spa and sauna. We had a very spacious suite which was quite nice, and the executive lounge is a great touch for breakfast or snacks through the day. The main reason I am giving a 3 star rating is due to a very strange phenomenon at this hotel which prevented me from resting properly after the long journey. The exterior of this hotel is all glass, and in the morning when the temperature changes, there is a loud and distracting 'crackling sound' from the windows that will wake you up and keep you up. Its very hard to describe but you will definitely notice and its a real shame for this otherwise nice hotel. Very bizarre and they need to find a way to address this for future guests as it woke me up each morning I was there.

It's been a long time since I've been to CT and last stayed at this hotel but everything was really great.

Their covid protocols are way over the top and totally unnecessary.

The rooms are well sized and bathroom too nice and spacious.

I found the sanitary ware a little low class .

The TV is too small for the bedroom and distance away from bed. It's not easy to watch if sitting on the sofa on the other side.

The breakfast at the restaurant was good and service was spot on.

Location is good where there is little traffic and it's quite safe to walk the streets.

I would definitely stay there again if I'd return to CT.

Amazing stay at the Westin Cape Town. We are Titanium Elite members so our family was immediately upgraded to their club floor. We had access to the lounge and received a complimentary breakfast each morning. The breakfast each morning had a full spread of items that you would expect from an English breakfast. The service at this hotel was amazing as well. I would like to commend the valet staff and Carol in the club lounge as they went above and beyond w providing stellar service.

Well located in the city and within walking distance of where I needed to be. Excellent and attentive service.
Breakfast is good - the hot food is very basic and nothing to really rave about. I was a bit disappointed with what was on offer. The rest of the breakfast choices of cereals, fruits and pastries were great.
For dinner I had the chicken pea curry - very tasty but the choice of rice used was not complimentary to the curry dish.
The berry dacquiri cocktail gets a thumbs up ????
I wanted to use the hairdryer in the room and was very concerned with the cleanliness. It was grubby and had a thick layer of dirt and dust on it and was quite gross to touch. I opted not to use the hairdryer.
For the rest, the room was lovely and overall my experience was good.

Met by friendly gentlemen offering valet parking. Mr Petersen and his team welcomed us and wished us a relaxing stay at their hotel. Service was excellent throughout our visit. Choices, choices and more choices at the buffet breakfast with helpful hostesses. Special thanks to chef Carlos who prepared a beautifully presented meal at dinner.

The rooms are spacious - good size for a family and the breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly! They serve food all night which is great. There is a gym, spa and pool on the top floor with great views of the city. Conveniently located close to Vu0026A Waterfront.

The rooms on the executive floor are fully updated, upgraded, well decorated, and with all the amenities that you would want in a modern high rise hotel. the floor to ceiling windows showcase Capetown city lights and waterfront. The bathroom is equipped with rain shower and a luxurious soaking tub. Lastly the welcome and staff was absolutely amazing leaving a welcome note and a Box of assorted tasty goodies to meet me when I check in well done Western Cape Town!!
