The best up-market Italian restaurant in Cape Town Central, especially so if you are looking for something else than pizza or pasta dishes. We have been to Villa 47 on two occasions in the past 3 months.

Their customer service is impeccable, you can book online, and their dishes are absolutely mouth watering. I love their menu options, great seafood, vegetarian, meat and pasta options.

Just had lunch at this restaurant with friends and was absolutely disgusted with the level of service as well as the poorly presented food! The waiter that served us was horrendous and so rude. We paid our bill and never even had a thank you from the waiter. One of the meals was a lamb shoulder which not only was very dry but also pretty cold. I also ordered a tomato soup which tasted like a warmed up bolognaise sauce. The staff were too busy chatting to each other rather than attending to their customers. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL.

You know the meal is good when the conversation drops. Villa never disappoints, great service from Skylah! Well priced for the portion sizes! We had a cold meat platter to start and the Villa 47 Ragu and Ravioli, sadly we were too full for dessert but will definitely be back for it!

It's a cozy place for a great coffee or hot chocolate, as well as for lunch or dinner. The environment is beautiful and served by friendly and polite people. The food is tasty and full of flavors (at least the one in the photos). If you are hungry, this is the correct place.

Fine dining experience. Even the serviettes are better quality than some towels...lol
Food is top quality, servings are small and very expensive.
You must have deep pockets to eat here.
Tuna meal can easily cost you R255.

Excellent customer service the music brings the perfect vibe on a sunny morning. Feels as if I’m in exchange place or Long Island city and the breakfast is yummy ????
