Always receive good food and service. Today, I was most impressed by seeing all kitchen staff (properly) using a mask - even while grilling. Always happy to support an establishment that values the health and safety of their customers.

I had great service here, a male waiter took care of me and addressed the so politely and took note that I was in chefs uniform.
Lovely service and my food was ready extremely quickly. It was a quiet weekday just before lunch. Very chilled atmosphere all waiters and waitresses were super nice. All in all had a good experience at this branch.

Went a while ago with my family, service was okay, food was okay too just that the wings on my plate were so dry, they seemed stale and old, not sure if the wings are always meant to be this way?... it looks like everything was just thrown onto my plate and that makes it look untidy

We had the best experience at Spur recently. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. Our food came quickly and was excellently prepared. We were extremely satisfied with everything and left as happy customers.

Decided to have dinner there Sunday night, asked for a table near a plug and I got it which was nice but after being seated and given menus everyone just kept walking past me. Not sure if I was less important since I was alone. I had to ask the manager who looked at me and didn’t even asked if I was assisted or not to get someone to take my order. Lovely lady came (pity I didn’t get her name). Food was also nice even though my steak was more of a medium well and not a medium. As a person in hospitality I’d think that the manager that I asked to get someone to take my order would come check on me since I had to ask to be attended to but no manager checked on me whatsoever but all thanks to the lady that assisted me she was very lovely and calm and kept on checking on me.

The service of staff member that helped us was severely poor. I appreciated and applaud the manager that took over and did damage control. He ensured that we were happy customers at the end. If he didn't do that damage repair, I was going to rate them Zero

For the first time in history @ spur ever received such a bad service. I guess it was not my good day. I always expect to have a long wait basically that the nature of the restaurant. I received cold food. Wait, i was not even given a straw, nor side plate. I actually had to utilise the sous to put the bones. After all that, i asked for the bill, guess what, i was given a wrong bill for R99(burger and cappuccino) ????. I called him and showed him that the bill was wrong. Instead of him saying thank you, he jumped, grabbed the bill and gave it to the right person without the word thank you. I would have gone to the counter as i was instructed to do so since i was paying with a card and left. Very disappointed...????
