This store is conveniently situated on the top floor right next to the cinema.
Extremely neat and clean, well spaced. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Fully stocked with a huge variety. Very trendy products.

The store closes at 8, but the change room closes at 7 .... ???? How does that make sense. We proceeded to the change room at 7.48pm a staff member pitched up to give us a telling off. I asked her were the signage was to inform customers of this policy, then I asked for the manager. She said there was no signage, and there was no need to call the manager as it was not a problem. So I asked her if it wasn't a problem why did she scold us.

I never find my size!! Most cuts are PETITE!!! Shop looks clustered and almost impossible to find something if in a rush. However, Staff are friendly and very helpful

I like the brand. But my issue is with their policy of no returns or exchanges on sale items! How did Consumer Protection Act approve thar policy?? So you order something that doesnt fit or isnt how you thought it would be and now you're just stuck with it?!?

its amazing because you buy these clothes and expect it to last a short while but my shirt are lasting me over a year and they haven't even faded yet

Staff is helpful, clothes are always neat. The store is always clean even the change rooms. The change rooms are even neat. This branch is just very good.

Always a favorite of mine. Although I often shop online. I just wish they had a bigger Mens Department. Simply too small.
