It can get busy. They have good Covid protocols. The staff was helpful. Service was fairly quick. The carrot cake had an odd undertone and after taste. The mozart was fantastic. Both were light and not too sweet. They also serve a variation of coffees and have a sit down option. The packaging is fantastic.

Extremely disappointed with the bad service provided by a rude lady who served us this morning at 11am when we tried to purchase a few slices of a chocolate cake. Apart from the fact it was not available - we were rudely informed it's frozen and we must choose from the shockingly LIMITED selection.

This person should NOT be in sales. She doesn't know how to deal with customers.

The PERFECT Flat White ... flew halfway across the world to find it ... but we’ll worth it ... and at just £1.35 considering leaving the UK and setting up home in Sunny South Africa!

Then the Fudge Picasso Mousse arrived ... SUBLIME ????

Swiss carrot cake is a my new favourite. Soft, fruity, spicy and not sickly sweet. Perfect with a decaf cappuccino and chai latte.

It is not so sweat but nice dessert! Worth to try if you are not on diet.
