Horrible rule where I produce ID to use husband's card but turned away because the man must be standing there. Very annoying as this takes 2 trips to the store now. But surely without him I can pay his account then obviously no flipping issueq

Shop has plenty of options for all your clothing, footwear, perfumes, Jewellery etc. They have both formal and casual everything.

Why don't you ever answer your phones! Even the sales person from Pavillion Edgars couldn't get through to you to inquire about an item. I tried 3 times since then.

Absolutely terrible service. The lady working at the perfume stand was on her phone and totally uninterested in helping me. I was trying to return a perfume, unopened and with the receipt. I just wanted to exchange it for a different one becasue my boyfriend got the right brand but the worng perfume. She out right refused and told me to go back to the edgars I bought it from. She was rude, unproffesional and uninterested.

I was at edgars gateway on Saturday when the lady in the change room wanted to check and bag after returning the clothes I tried on..I took 3 items and returned 3 item's. I think this is quite disgusting and discriminating customers. Does edgars think the customers are thieves now????

Saturday at 1pm..the date was 28 of August 2021...

Edgars please stop treating customers like thieves!!!!

Call centre person Refuse to give me telephone number for G in their Gateway store after just babbling out their email address
. Poor and unacceptable service. After penalty charged being their Credit Card machine being faulty.
Who else has been charged on their Bufgeg account for a straightforward credit card purchase.
