It's definitely not the Beverly Hills I knew a few years ago. The standards have dropped. Service has gone down. Yes, there were amazing people and yes, some of them assisted me and their service was in point. But I expect everyone at the establishment to be on point. It's also the communication and interactions that matter. I guess they're also only starting off after Covid and have lost many staff members during this tough period, so still recovering, but for a five star establishment, they will need to 'pull up their socks'. I saw the Hotel manager three times in one day and not once did he enquire how our conference, event or cocktail is going. The previous Hotel manager was engaged and definitely showed he cared about the service. The food was amazing and delicious. My overall experience, after me briefing their staff and getting things to a certain standard, was good. It's a lovely Hotel with lovely staff and I sincerely hope that they will ul their game.
