Lovely venue with super friendly staff. Had to ask for our welcome drinks while other tables were given theirs, but that's minor. Food off the menu is quite pricey, but they had a set menu for Mother's day that was well worth the price for 3 courses.. Everything was full of flavor and perfectly cooked. A lovely dining experience!

The Deep Fried Calamari Starter was amazing. Remember to ask the chef for extra peri peri sauce if you lije it hot. The generous teapots kept me content. The Chicken salad starer portion was way too big and could be a meal on its own. The seared salmon is definitely a winner. The Durban Mutton Curry wasn't the best Durban has to offer. Great music ,aesthetics and vibe.

Stunning, stunning place. We try to make this a stop every Easter and this year was all the more special. Very special thanks to all the staff that made our night one to remember for many, many years to come. The food was out of this world. I can recommend the Curry, true to Durban heritage.

Always a treat! Fantastic service from Enoch and Siya Miya! Phenomenal vibe.
They need to get a DJ playing live music especially during the festive season!

I had the lamb curry toasted sandwich today -06 June 2022.. one of the best I've eaten.

Beautiful setting for laid back lunch. The pace is leisurely, to suit the surroundings, so don't expect a dine and dash meal. Offering a broad selection of burgers, pizzas, terrace favourites like fish n chips and heartier meals like curry and steak, rather opt for the top-end dishes. While a bit more expensive, they offer better value for money overall. The Linguine Di Mare is fabulous!

Meh! The view is outstanding, as you can smell the ocean from the restaurant. The service is pretty good. The menu is very pricey, but that is to be expected of the Beverly Hills Hotel and you are paying for the location. The cocktail was outstanding and they did not skimp on the alcohol. However, the food was very disappointing. For R130 I received a starter portion of calamari with a tablespoon of avocado on the side. The calamari had an overwheming and nauseating herby parsley taste, enough to numb the tongue. It also had a burnt taste and brown colour. It was sent back, it arrived the second time with less parsley taste, but still the burnt herby taste remained. I ate it then , because I was hungry but it left a bad aftertaste and was not what I expected. The colour and taste completely overpowers the calamari. The plate was not practical - had no space and tubes were falling off the plate. Was actually still hungry after I ate this. Ordered a second meal. Also - they have mangwanani on site but I was told I could not use the service as I'm only a day visitor - is my money not of same value?

This is more a bar than a cafe. We went for dinner after our relaxing massages at the spa and could barely hear each other over the music that was playing. The food was nice and the service was good. Nice place for drinks with friends but not suitable for a romantic dinner.
