I made an online enquiry and was contacted by a sales rep, she made an appointment for me to see a female personal trainer. On the date and time specified I arrived only to be informed that the sales person was off that day and the personal trainer who I was to see was not answering her phone.

No one bothered to even inform me or a courtesy call since then and the person at the front desk did not even ask for my contact details so she can pass it onto the sales rep or personal trainer.
I was very keen on getting a membership with a personal trainer and this was the quality of service they offer at the Body Guru.

It's as if they are sabotaging potential clientele. Though on arrival I could see they needed as much income generated since they are so quite.

What an awesome gym. Unlike traditional gyms that are packed with people, at body guru gym it's never too busy. Trainers and other people working out are friendly and happy to help you if you need it. I would definitely recommend body guru for the convenience, free parking and people.

Great gym. Usually quiet even during peak times. There are all the necessary free weights and machines required for a decent work out. The gym does lack some niche equipment like a t-bar rowing bench or tricep dip machine but these exercises can be done using slight modifications to the existing equipment / using free weights in a certain way.
I wouldn't change to another gym as this gym suits my need of a quiet gym when I need to get my workouts in.

I had the worst experience at this beauty salon and would give them negative stars and not the one star that is allowed. We were booked in as bridesmaids for our make up and hair (December 2016). The hair stylist was very rude and not accommodating of our requests. The hairstyle that she did was completely different to the picture we showed and discussed with her.

The make-up artists were not experienced at the least bit. It was clearly the first time she was doing make-up. A ridiculous amount of make up was applied to our face which made us look like something out of a horror movie. The hairstyle artist doubled as the make-up artist and the owner. She insisted on applying 'glow' to our face so that we can shine at the evening wedding. We specifically asked for minimal make up however these supposed professionals used us as an unrestricted canvas.

In addition, the website is not a true reflection of the service they provide, the space or the stylists. The pictures on their website are clearly pictures downloaded from the internet and not of them actually at work - of course this was realized in hindsight. It is unfortunate that part of the decision to have our hair and make up done at this salon was based on what we saw on their website.

The bride had a trial hair and make-up session prior to the wedding during which time she was welcomed and treated well however this all changed on the day of the wedding. I would never recommend this place to anyone and of course would not go back myself. It was the absolutely worst experience of hair and make-up.

Guess these guys are not interested in new members joining. Ive send them an email a week ago, with no response.
