It is closed for a long time and the view from outside is terrible. I hope they fix it one day.

Arrived at water park to wait two hours to get on the wave rider, finally kids get there turn once on the wave rider these are the boards supplied for the kids to use which is not even the shocking part. I then went to speak to a manager which i was told she would come to see me at the machine and to my surprise the manager kim perry could not even be bothered to come and see me let alone explain why. 40min later once kids where finished body surfing on the wave rider as the boards where in such shocking conditions i asked for kim Perry at the front desk where she also could not be bothered to make a an appearance. How places like this can charge full price and only supply a quarter of the equipment i dont know. Very disappointed in you wavehouse for allowing people like this to work there and allowing our favorite place to fall into such disrepute.

Loads of fun for the whole family. The wait was pretty long and as an out-of-towner it was very difficult to find details online on the location of wave park was and what time it was open. The change rooms could do with a little love too.

We travelled all the way from Nelspruit, because the Wavepark's Google details said they were open, just to get there and find them closed. Even on a long weekend and school holiday.
What a let down......

Go wild is a kids area that os inside the wave park. It is normally a great place to go.
Today it was the very opposite. My son got out the gate TWICE!
It got worse. With the arm band that my son had to go into the go wild part, he was let through into the swimming section without question. My wife want to fetch him but was denied access for lack of arm band!
This is a 3 year old boy who is able to swim but only with arm bands.
I don't care what the rules are, they are wrong! Or put into action incorrectly.
I will be thinking 4563 times before going again! ????

Nice and convenient place situated right inside the largest mall in Africa. Management and staff needs some training the venue earns 5 stars because of the staff I rate it 2.
