Purchased clothes for my nephew in April 2022 and had to return it the following week due to incorrect size.
They told me since I paid with a credit card that my money would be returned to that same bank account. They kept my invoice as well. Its October 2022 and I am still waiting for the refund. I have gone there several times. The best thing now is that no one seems to remember and all I have to show them is my bank Statement which is now not sufficient.
Terrible service. I will not be purchasing from here again.

Absolutely terrible service and racism. Cashier was fine but the woman that was to assist in the changeroom completely ignored myself and my wife. We wanted to use the changeroom and it was locked, we asked her if she could open one for my wife. This woman proceeds to help other people with no confusion. She then took away a clothing rack that my wife was browsing through, she was also visibly uncomfortable with my presence. This racism is truly sickening.

It was OK to shop very hard to find someone to help you. When you do eventually find them, they don't know anything. Incorrect pricing was advertised so u had to call someone for assistance. One cashier was very friendly and helpful.

It's hard to give this store a low rating because I get most of my clothing from. The mood of most of the staff here is similar to that of an angsty teen and seriously, the men's sale section is like 1 rack of low cut vests that are 10% off. I thought it was just Cotton On in general but I went to a different branch and got 3 shirts for R150 so I don't know.

Nicely set up. Cashiers are nice but staff are sometimes not proactive in helping. Stock is nice but prices change virtually overnight for some items. I got a R399 bag and 2 days later the same bag was selling at R150 - Disappointing. Other than that it's pretty alright. Kinda like a middle ground between Aca Joe and Mr Price in terms of style and price

I enjoy the energy of the staff and even when it is busy they make time to help you. My best part is when you go to the counter to pay for an item, and you find out the price is actually far less than whats on the tag during sale periods! Its like getting a free fries with your meal when you didn't order fries...
