Very good cinema. What set it apart for me is when they realized that I paid twice for the same tickets, they called me back swiftly and offered me a refund or a free tickets for another movie. Naturally, because my wife and I like movies, we took the free ticket ????

Staff are very friendly, cinema is clean, chairs need a bit of a revamp but all in all great experience.

The quieter movie days should have the volume lower. I visited with my daughter and we were 2 out of 4 people in the theatre and the sound was deafening for my 4 year old. Over all its okay,

Sent an email on a sunday, received a call 1 hour after the email was sent from Cindy (the manager I presume). She was kind and reassured me that she will investigate...

Great cinematic experience. The cinema is always clean and the staff helpful. Runs like a well oiled machine, even when full. Also great combos and discounts if you bank with Nedbank or Absa.

Had one of my worst experiences at any cinema this evening. Went in to watch Thor, the lines were terribly long with people behind the counter talking to one another instead of helping customers infront of them. When going into Cinema 10, it was HOT,stuffy and smelt very very musky.
Very disappointing and an absolute waste of money!
