Typical sports and casual sport wear. Staff are friendly but prices a little higher to establishments that are similar. I would recommend popping in just to see if there are specials or reduced prices on items.

The staff in this particular store ignored me completely when I arrived, and upon attempting to get any form of service a staff member literally ignored me. I was looking to buy high end sneakers so that attitude cost a sale of over R 2000.00. You would think that in these trying time that some effort could have been given to get a sale. Never going back that's for sure.

The ladies look as if they don't want to be at work... From entry of the store the sales assistants didn't even offer assistance... I felt very uncomfortable even asking for assistance... Then at the till didn't ask for my club card... Was very uncomfortable. Team of girls looks bored and tired

Went to this Sportscene store at the Pavilion Mall on 27-11-2021 after being informed via social media about low, low prices of their clothes ( iro Black Friday sales ) - eg Tee shirts @ R69,00 / R89,00.
A shock faced me when I saw the very same 'tees' priced FROM R 199,00 u003eu003e !! Upon my querying I was told that those afore-mentioned prices only applied to purchasing such items on-line !

Visited store today. Fashionable brands. Friendly staff. Large range. However very limited running shoe range. Various price points.

A very horrible experience at this sportscene, cashier askes for your ID number when doing an exchange. Apparently this is to check for rewards however the rightful thing to do is ask if the customer has a rewards card or not. When I asked the cashier why couldn't she ask me that she says it's safer to call out your ID instead of giving her my loyalty card with such arrogance. A response like that shows the lack of common sense and unprofessionalism. Please ask staff to learn a thing or two from the gateway staff.

I wonder if staff at Sportscene wake up every morning with the intention to disrespect and antagonise paying customers who often buy sneakers that exceed their income. Shouldn't we be the ones with their mindset? No. We believe in ethics and professionalism. Anyway, I'll just mind my own business considering the manager seems to be afraid of own staff.
