Ordered 514 hot at the pavilion simply asia. Unfortunately there was no cashews in both meals. Cashier did not notify if there was no stock of cashews. Very disappointing since I'm a regular customer#check your meal before leaving

At Simply Asia, on a Sunday, 7 Aug 22 u0026 ordered 3 meals (just before 5pm) - was told will take 15-20 mins but after 40 minutes still did not receive our meals!

First time ordering from Simply Asia Pavilion - Westville the driver mishandled my food.

Second time now:
Very disappointing service to Mr Delivery and Simply Asia Pavilion - Westville.

The food had chicken pieces inside the and I am a vegetarian.

Will never order or buy from them again.

Service was never good here, but I am making this review because they will happily sell their meals without cutlery (cutlery was requested). When I went back and requested forks, I was told that they were out. Then why sell me the meal? How must I eat?!

Edit: this happened again, months later. Collected my meals, and before leaving I asked if there are forks in the packet. I was told that forks are in the packet. Went and sat down; I wasn't surprised to find that there wasn't a fork. Went back and was told that they're out of cutlery. No apology. Manager/owner didn't even look at me.

Although the food was tasty, I found the portions to be small and was disappointed that there was no sushi.
