Great service and amazing watches. We sent one of our much older watches to have the dial sorted out (the number markings had fallen out) and to change the battery. It took a couple of weeks as they had to send it to Cape Town. I used to think that getting you watch serviced at Fossil would be really expensive. But wow, they we awesome and reasonably priced. (Granted, it also depend on what needs to be serviced) I am very impressed and happy with the service received from Fossil Pavilion.

Very impressed with the staff that were willing to go the extra mile on a special order. The store is well stocked with smart watches, watches, hand bags and more. The interior is quite trendy even in a small space. Warranty information was explained quite well too.

Thank you to the staff who are so polite efficient and knowledgeable.

Although my watch was out of guarantee and old, it was treated with the same way as a new watch.
It was sent for factory repairs at a minimal cost.

I used to love fossil handbags and wallets
Mine is about 4 years old now
But after a year or so, one of the clips on the handle broke...
6 months later... the other broke...
6 months after that the zip no longer closed
Today I went into the store, not only to find out if it could be repaired but also to purchase another bag.
Despite the fact that my current bag was falling to pieces the leather is very good quality and I enjoy the aesthetic of fossil bags
I was told that fossil no longer does repairs
I walked out the store without another bag or another wallet
Not because mine could not be repaired
But because of the cold service I received
The demeanor of the staff turned me off to the brand completely
