We haven't been to John Dorys in ages as our last few visits to a different branch were rather disappointing. It was our first time at Pavillion and we really enjoyed the food. Tasty prawn, delicious fish. Sides and Sauces were awesome. The Jalapeño Poppers were brilliant, loaded with cream cheese filling but still spicy. Friendly staff. We decided get some sushi since it was half-price Wednesday after all but it wasn't good. I'm not sure how long they keep the fish frozen for but it had no taste at all. They did kindly swap it for us for the prawn one which was slightly better. But In future we'll get our sushi elsewhere.

The food was packaged well as it was delivered perfectly by Mr Delivery. Quality was excellent well beside the chips they were a bit mediocre.

Succulent prawns in lemon butter sauce. My absolute favourite restaurant go too for prawns???? ????????

Always busy on half price sushi night. I like that they adhere well to social distancing, giving enough space between tables , sanitising customers and surfaces , wearing masks properly over the noses. JD's sushi is the best I've had. The only thing I can fault then is the time time gotta wait on half price sushi night (45min). Our waitress tonight was very pleasant and helpful ( didn't get her name) , but very pleased with her amazing service. The presentation and neatness even on a busy night proves the quality and attention to detail that they pride themselves on. Not to mention the amazing taste. Looking forward to being back soon !

Food was absolutely delicious and the staff at the sushi bar was fantastic, well done!!

The food was great. It Was just frustrating that the waitress kept getting our order wrong. It was my birthday today, and the attitude we got from her, everytime she got the order wrong, was shocking.
