I enjoy my shopping at the pavilion branch. The staff are friendly , polite and very patient. They take time with you always recommending different offerings.
This is seldom found when I shop at other retail stores.

Visited the store on the 8th of November for a jeans to be inspected as per previous mail from Old Khaki customer care. We where assisted my the store manager Mazwi Ndlovu. To date we have not heard any update regarding our query. The so called manager was very irritated at the fact that I requested a document for the jeans that I have to leave behind. I am in a customer service environment and this guy should really not be in a management position. He has no customer skills. Very short tempered. We shop on a monthly basis at Old Khaki and I think we really need to consider a Brand Change.
