I’m not sure what the istore did as my review does not show on the reviews tab but it is my duty to inform people of such atrocities. If you’re looking for incompetence and terrible customer service this is the place. I wish there was a negative star rating . Every time I’ve come to the Pavilion istore I’ve left with a headache, I barely get assisted and when i do it’s always with the incompetent sales assistant. I’m a very patient and understanding person but this store absolutely tests me time and time again. My last experience was absolutely horrific, the lady who “ assisted “ me was genuinely slow and seemed disinterested in helping me apply for a contract for the iphone 13 pro. I came to the shop 20 minutes prior to the appointment ( which you have to physically go to the shop and make , unlike other iStores) and she only got to me 15 minutes after the appointment started ,only to tell me that I had incomplete documents ( which she failed to inform me about the previous day). Furthermore, she assured me that the process would only take about 15-20 minutes however the whole process took well over 90 minutes .She focused more on multitasking and helping complete sales than completly focusing her attention on assisting me. Additionally ,while processing the unnecessarily long application she informs me of this R800 screen protector adaptor and screen protector special only to find out towards the end that it was out of stock :) I don’t know if it’s a matter of being short staffed or if most of them are genuinely incompetent but it’s unacceptable for an iStore. While I was waiting for 20 minutes prior to the appointment, numerous sales asssitance just glanced and ignored me. This pathetic customer service is exactly why I will never return there and make the trip to Gateway.
