Placed an order for pizza's almost 2 hours ago at Debonairs Musgrave. Tracking suddenly offline. Called to follow up and i was told that they will let give the Manager a message abd he will call me. No call received! And i made sure that there were drivers available before placing the order.
Again, i agree with others that the reviews and terrible service for this store should be checked before placing an order!

Your call centrre is totally useless. I ask for a number for the musgrave store because my order is taking over an hour, she doesn't have a number. She says her manger can give me a call, i ask how long will that be, she doesnt know. Then i get transfered to a number that doesnt exist. USELESS.

Very bad service from Debonairs Musgrave,placed an order for delivery more than an hour ago,called to enquire I was told they were going to call me back but nothing.Terrible service.Caminettos pizza in Overport never disappoint

Made an order an hour ago.. still have not gotten it.. this is the 2nd time experiencing bad service at Debonairs musgrave..

I am very disappointed about the service,the driver called me shouting me over the phone he told me to collect my order on whatever address he wanted which was very far from my home at 22h47 while I ordered around 20h30, when I tried to call him back his phone was off,I slept with an empty stomach and very much disappointed
