The stay could not be faulted. The value was excellent. An excellent buffet breakfast was included in the rate and the recently refurbished rooms and bathrooms were comfortable with great sea views. The hotel is still being refurbished in other areas but this did not detract from a pleasant 3 day stay. My only complaint was that the clerk at the check-in counter could have been more friendly and well informed about hotel procedures. After I had complained, they got most things right but still got my name wrong in the follow-up email! There is also an great bar at the hotel and they make really good pizza!

Our family of 5 stayed here in August for 2 nights and we had 2 spacious adjoining rooms at 10th floor level with balconies which had fantastic views to the front over the sea. The reception staff were helpful and the outside pool had sun loungers allowing us to relax and sunbathe in the afternoon sun. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well fitted out. We parked our hire car securely in the hotel car park.

The room was nice the room was serviced Avery day the food was good the seaview was ok their service can meet the 5star hotels I think I will use Durban Hotels Galore for my next holiday.
Our stay was very enjoyable the rooms were very clean we were welcomed very nice the receptionist are kind and every thing we needed was provided to us.

If you want a hotel in Durban that is centrally located to the main beach, this is the one. Clean and in a good condition. It looks like a family orientated as I saw many families.

Our stay at Durban Hotels Galore was excellent.The rooms are very spacious.All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.We will definitely stay at Durban Hotels Galore in the future.

Self catering was excellent esp with a small baby. Rooms always cleaned. Reception always friendly and willing to help.
