We had my nephews birthday party this Sunday and what a success it was. This was possible because of the superb, fantastic service we received from the staff at Spur. And what a perfect venue. The food was tasty and on time. It was spacious and convenient. Situated right at the entrance on level 3. Nice big play area which you can see all the kids from. A full 10 to all the Spur staff there. Keep up the good work! Thank you Jenel for all the help you and your team gave us. Appreciate it.

Asked for sour cream with my baked potato was served pouring cream with lemon juice...! This is just not on! Why deceive the customer and hope they won't know the difference? That is an insult. Believing that the customer is ignorant of such things... Give me what I asked for.
If you don't have it, just say so!

To make matters worse it appears to have become standard practice at Spur restaurants. I had the exact same experience at the Spur at King Shaka Airport a couple of months ago!!!

Come on Spur, surely you can do much better than that!?
Our family has been supporting you for many years now.
This is just not on....

Musgrave Mustang Spur is absolutely fabulous, the kitchen staff prepared the most amazing breakfast as per my request, every single element was as I requested and perfectly done. The staff and management are friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back for another great experience.

I booked for my niece’s birthday and to my surprise on arrival, the table was not set up, no decor as per the birthday package. We had to be moved from one table to another as we couldn’t fit in one table. This could have been avoided if the restaurant had taken my booking seriously and actually set up and reserve the table. I am very disappointed at the service we received from Musgrave Spur.

Probably the worst spur I been too; Onion rings came raw and soaked in oil
Chips was undercooked ... We sent it back and it came back worst with less batter ; to make to make it worst the manager said he made it; apperntly you suppose to say you want you onion rings crispy. We didn't even finish our drinks which was fine and the garlic roll was good ; we left the steak ; onion rings are famous at spur ; and I seen other plates when leaving it's the same.

A first time experience for me !
Best for a steakhouse treat but expect
long waits, very rich food that for an
average person can cause some
unpleasant bloating and feeling of slight
nausea, due to this kind of food
but otherwise for a once in a while treat,
just superb food!

Could have done with air conditioning and
too long wait for the bill, on a not too busy day!
