Ordered a basic and very simple breakfast of bacon and eggs and coffee.
Waited a long time just to get the coffee! A quick and easy to make breakfast took such a long time. I had to call the waiter twice to ask why my food was taking so long when she should have kept me updated! I had to keep looking for her and ask another waiter to please call her for me.... just to be told it's coming, when it wasn't!
A family sitting not far from me got up and left without being served - they too were very upset.
Eventually I said I no longer want the food just bring me the bill for the coffee. My waiter did not return with the bill. As I was getting up to leave the food arrived. The manager come too, apologising for the long wait? I brought it to her attention that it wasn't a busy morning!
To add insult to injury, the eggs were drowning in oil. I was offered more eggs....! After having waited an eternity just for a simple plate of bacon and eggs I was expected me to wait again - my bacon would have been ice cold by then!!!
The better part of my morning was spent sitting at Wimpy Musgrave waiting for a simple, basic, quick to cook plate of food!
I was told the problem was in the kitchen!
Well perhaps the kitchen staff should have eaten their own oily food and paid for it!!!
I will definitely won't be going back again. There are many other restaurants to choose from.....

I've always had wonderful experiences at Wimpy as one of my favorite restaurants. I enjoyed my meal from this outlet too as a takeaway.

The place was however weirdly deserted the entire time I was here, in the early evening, there was absolutely no other customers but myself.

Well, that didn't distract the staff from availing me the classic wimpy service, and I'd recommend.

This is definitely one of the lower end Wimpy's in Durban.

Slow service on numerous occasions with the waitresses not having any respect or care about anything.

Food was cold or incorrect or just lacking certain sides multiple times.

They make you wait when you want to pay the bill and you have to get up and go to the front to pay if you want to hurry it up.

Food is average and fairly on par with other Wimpy restaurants.

Avoid if you want proper milkshakes????. Nothing more than flavoured milk. No wonder average rating is 3.8. And I'm shocked by the pricing ????

The staff was friendly but the food was bad. The bacon on my plate looked like it was boiled I didn't even even eat it and the omelette that my nephew had didn't even have enough filling inside it. Very poor quality food!

Worse service ever at Wimpy Musgrave Durban , no one to welcome us, not offered sanitizer, not temperature taken. We have to find the table ourselves. It took them 30 minutes for them to offer us drinks and we waited for merely breakfast about an hour. Even when we waitress had an attitude we didn't even seen the manager. We ended went with out eating, and it was not the first got a horrible service there.
