Went into store a couple of months back looking for New Balance shoes. Service was non existent. When I did ask one of the staff, his attitude was shocking. Doing me a favour, just to answer my query. "'Don't have"
Music ridiculous. ❗
Have now just phoned to query another item. Same answer "Don't have" and the noise in the background unbelievable.
Total Sports, you need to give your staff some training on how to deal with customers.
I will never set foot in a Total Sports shop again.
How the stores are still in business is an absolute miracle.

Excellent Customer Service only one problem I had a problem with medium size soccer t-shirts a shortage.

Service was below average, staff appear distracted and uninterested. No one assisted while I was looking for my size or in the changeroom. Not the only Total sports I have received bad service from, Westwood mall and Game City are just as apathetic so it appears to be a company norm.

Music in the store is more suitable to a nightclub. Just made me want to exit as fast as possible which is just as well because sales staff do their best to avoid having to assist.

got quite a shock when I went to exchange a pair of shorts for a size smaller which I recieved as a birthday gift (purchased at Pavillion branch) shorts still had all tickets and tags on... AN IMPOSSIBLE TASK BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE THE SALES SLIP... SORRY TOTALSPORTS ... NEVER GOING TO SUPPORT YOU EVER AGAIN....

Excellent customer service received from Charles.. Musgrave branch, as he went over and above to ensure my item, was sourced from another store .
Kept on following up and providing feed back.

Happy with my items bought today.

There's no sign that looting happed there. Almost all the shops are open as usual but some are still short of stork like Total sport which I recently visited.
