My person u0026 I found some time in our busy schedules and decided to book a last minute getaway on NYE. Found this beautiful place online and decided to enquire, the owner Nicki responded to me and completed the entire booking, payment and confirmation all over whatsapp within a few minutes.

This spot is everything you see in the pics and more, beautiful, serene, quiet, convenient and central.

The owners Nicki u0026 Mike went the extra mile to accommodate us and more, even at the last minute.

An hour before check-in, i requested a room with a tub, microwave, a vase and a ironing board and they Graciously accommodated me.

They make a mean Breakfast.

Even when i needed Superglue, Nicki and Mike came to my rescue.

My person and I loved our time there and look forward to visiting them soon.

Keep up the great work and standards guys.

The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. We got extra bedding as there was cold weather and it was toasty warm.

The food was very tasty and more than enough. The kitchen was accomadating with food preferences which was wonderful.

The lounge had a warm, crackling fire and a wonderful view.

We will definitely be back.

Outstanding. My husband and I only stayed one night as we were in Durban for a 70th birthday party. The friendliness and hospitality from Nicki and Mike and staff was excellent. We would have no hesitation in staying again as well as recommending Mackaya Bella to family and friends. Room was super clean and breakfast yummy. The whole ambience was awesome.

Mackay Bella located in Glenwood mostly convenient to everything the beach, shopping centres and transportation. Friendly staff, neat and very clean. They have parking for your car and a pool

There were other people's hairs in the bed. Eeuw! Got them to change the linen at 10h30pm. Then the aircon didn't work. Other then that it was OK.

Always feel at home here.. It's a great bed and breakfast facility. It's an old building so some issues here and there. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoy my stay here.

Good service. Nice and safe. Rooms are very neat and comfortable. Will highly recommend this place.
