It took forever to get our order 55 mins and we are a 5 mins drive away and even with paying for the fast delivery , then almost to the end of my chips I find them to be rotten. Avoid like the plague.

Wanted a salad ???? but couldn't get it because they were out of yellow peppers. They couldn't make it for me even when I wanted to accept it without yellow pepper, some company policy. Lady was nice though

Mxm...Yesterday I asked for Oreo shake. This was Watery, tasteless chocolate shake(I really didn't see the difference between it and a normal ice cream)...I do not see my self buying a shake at steers again...T

Ordered a wacky Wednesday, when I went to collect my order the stuff said they sold my order. I asked them why, the respond was because I didn't answer my their calls when they called me. I showed one of the team members my recent calls and that I never received their call. The other stuff were laughing at the back... I'm so disappointed with y'all guys what's disappointing me is that I always give your stuff lift when they coming to work. I saw one of your team members badge was Nhlanhla

The hadcut chips were in irregular sizes and not properly cooked all the way through. They were hard.
I was not happy with this service in Glenwood but its the first in 3 years I've had sub par service.
