They're food is not as described when you order.I order large chips and fried hake but I can even count these chips it's not large.

There are stingy on the fried chips, regardless of ordering large. A bit of cleanliness on presenting the food would be appreciated, specifically glenwood fishaways

The fish, rice and onion rings were delicious. Coleslaw average. The place looks very run down and needs a revamp. Chairs and tables look like someone's 2nd hand garden furniture. Very disappointing and I don't think @Famousbrands will be very happy. Service (with no other customers) was slow.

Bad service. The lady who was at the back was packing food with bare hands .time was 21:35 .03/11/18

I was not happy at all, I waited almost 2 hours for my burgers, the lady gave away my order so I had to wait while they prepare another one..mind you, its exam time so I wanted to grab something fast and get back to my studies but I wasted 2 hours instead waiting!

All i keep on recieving is 0% service from this Fishaways the last time i ordered Rice with Fish they delivered Rice with Chips called and they said they could do nothing about it
Today Ive waited for over 2 hours for my delivery when it got here the fish was wet, the rice was cold and under-buttered there were no salts im highly disappointed!
