I ordered directly from the KFC app and the driver cancelled my order with 10 minutes remaining for the restaurant to close. I had to phone the branch to only later find out that the branch doesn't even have a landline. I requested an uber to go collect the order, I made it on time but I still didn't get my order I asked what happened and this is the response I get from the supervisor of the restaurant " Its not our fault, the driver took your order and cancelled the order and the store cannot afford to do another order for you". Now bear in mind that I have already paid for the order online and yet again I tipped the driver another inconvenience for me is requesting an Uber and wasting money. The supervisor still has the courage to tell me that I can't blame KFC but the uber driver who was suppose to deliver my order, with that being said I told her I didn't order from Uber eats but I ordered directly from the KFC app and does not have details of the driver whatsoever, what nonsense is that? Respectively I know that the driver was dishonest because he didn't return the order after I had arrived at KFC and that is a serious misconduct and I want disciplinary action taken against him. As for KFC Francois Road I blame the branch for not enough effectiveness of the situation and they do not have enough equipment for communication of that lacks transparency between us as customers and the branch. I am truly disappointed and I'm not being rude but I don't see myself ordering from the same branch again.
