This used to be such a lovely place with such good service. Gone are those days. The wait to order your food is extra long because the cashiers are interested in their own conversations.

My last visit there I ordered the winglets and chips. The wings came charred and were drenched in sauce to cover up. I mentioned it to the staff and they said the wings are just fine. They we inedible. Had to put them aside and have the chips with the sauce rather.
I had to go next door to KFC- which in my opinion serves the biggest chicken pieces in Durban.

Variety of food outlets, easily accessible by everyone (driving or walking). Reasonable working hours and a University just across the street and a taxi rank down the road.

Well done meat, to what you want. Very friendly staff. Clean. Esp the grill is clean, making meat palatable. Chips!!??? Its either I get less or dry. Not lucky on them. I wish the now think of a drive thru. It will work like a charm, considering the traffic volume at peak hours

The service was great, all the staff that were there were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was also great. Just one complaint on some days at the seating area you find there's an issue of too many flies maybe you can come up with a way on how to get rid of that problem. Either then that the service was great

I love their service, my friend and I were there talking for so long and didn't even realise that they were already closed. They never chased us out or said anything and that's just humbling experience. Even when we left they were still smiling. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I placed an order via mr d app and nandos varsity sent me this rubbish chicken. The whole chicken was inedible bcz of the burn. I couldn't believe they even packed this and sent it to my door step.
