Totally a waste of time
Dealt with a lady for my upcoming function, she does not respond to phone calls, emails or even WhatsApps messages. It's like we we had to beg her to do her job ????decided to go with another company for my function and still she hasn't called to find out why she hasn't heard from us.
Do not recommend at all

Sadly the food and overall service was bad. what was promised was not delivered. there was no contact person and anyone in charge at the site during the wedding and no communication. Food had no salt which is very disappointing as this could have easily been identified. My statues at the enterance was broken and pushed under a table. Personally made decorations went missing. Rude staff on the day, that's not needed at your own wedding. We don't recommend SAMCAT EVENTS.

Poor service. Wedding supposed to start at 9.30am. They will still setting up the stage at this time - decor is shabby and torn. Waiters and waitresses seem to be totally unorganized. Weddings are important events in people's lives and probably happens once in a lifetime. The decor and events should not use this opportunity to spoil someone's function! Think twice before using this company ! I definitely for one would never use them! Just 2 pics of torn draping!

I wish to thank Sameer and his team of Samcat Events for making my wedding a dream come true. The very first time we met at your offices we could see how busy you was with appointments and clients not sticking to their appointment times made it very difficult. you accomodated us after working hours, for this we thank you.

To this day people still compliment us on the food and service received, despite the negative feedback we heard on social media I can vouch and say that Samcat Events delivers what is promised. Keep up the good work and may you grow from strength to strength.

Everything was carried out in a professional manner u0026 there was a seamless flow from start to finish. Went to choose wedding decor, and the double booked, so had to wait an hour for service. Overall excellent so far thou.......Incomplete service rendered. Double booked the day, so we got a half baked solution for our wedding

Excellent service provided -my wedding was everything I asked Sameer for . Truly turned my venue into a elegant event !Staff was friendly and décor was just amazing . thank you Sameer .
