Really disappointed at the lack of service displayed at the checkout (15h39) and the blaze attitude from the manager when this was pointed out. The cashier was super slow.

This store is one of the worst stores to shop in particularly after work. They do not care that their customers have also worked a long day and think its fine to have 1 till open servicing a queue of at least 30 people in it and growing. When asking to speak to a manager, you get a person who turns out to be the Deli Manager who has absolutely no people skills what so ever. Customers had been standing in a line for at least 30 mins. Only after approaching said manager did she reluctantly get another till opened. I do hope that the store manager does some training with the staff and that the situation improves.

The Manger had nothing to say after I complained about the bad service. Lack of staff. Yes they have 7 or 8 till tills but only 4 is open. Stood for 10 minutes never moved. Went to bottle store after being frustrated. 2 tills there one only open. Que never moved gave up and went to Spar. In and out in 5 minutes.
I will never ever go back to your store ever agin. You have lost my R 6000.00 a month.
No wonder you don't have staff and your sales have dropped. Job well done. You going to loose so many more customers. I'm going to tell all my friends and on all my social media pages neve ever go to your store. Good luck for you unfortunately demise.

If I had a chance to rate with zero I would, in all Pick n Pays I have been I have never experienced bad service but this one cost you a customer I will never ever shop in your store again ever, your stuff needs a special and critical training, they always moody bad attitude and really don't care about good customer service, your stuff can't even apologies if there have been an miss understanding or wrong pricing and that's the kind of service I got from one of your supervisor Cynthia and the cashier who was assisting sad I couldn't get her name ????

What I disliked is that I saw this phone on the catalog Hisense U605 on the 8th of April 2022, then drove to pavilion to purchase it. Before I went there I did call the store enquiring if these vodacom data and minutes are real and the lady I spoke to said yes. So I went and bought the phone, after buying, the lady told me that this is Vodacom deal and the only thing that's Pick n Pay is accountable only for the cellphone not data. I got confused about that. So after activating the phone I didn't see data, and I asked when will data be active on my phone they told me that I needed to buy R29 air time. I did buy it immediately and the lady told me that she liase with someone from Vodacom who ensured that data will be activated. It is the 16th today but non of those deals advertised are active. I honestly got disappointed at PnP after this as I don't understand how they put those deals on the catalog not knowing if it's real or not. The lady advised me to contact Vodacom if I don't get those bundles but now I don't understand why it should be my responsibility, because I didn't see those deals on Vodacom catalog but on PnP catalog

Worst ever, One staff recommended paying at the express till. After confirm with her she insisted it was in order ..When I got to the till they said NO I should pay on the other side..????.

Not the best pick n pay I’ve been to. Store condition can be improved in comparison to other supermarkets in the area. It is a large store however and you will probably find whatever you’re looking for in store.
