The most horrible service that i have ever experienced. The cook is soooo rude , I dont know if he was doing a side hustle or what , didnt want to attend to us and served us meat that had a funky smell when we were now eating it .I threw it away because i got sick after that .Let us not go to the cashier tall , light guy very rude , crude and no care in the world . It has gone to the dogs that branch when it used to be the best . The lady copies those 2 guys but the cook no you need a new one he is so uncooth . I am still fuming because that used to be a an awsome place . I mean as the owner why not go to your branch and observe . Or send someone to pretend to be a client and you will see the naked truth . A wasted R200 there .

The male cashier is so rude, he thinks he is doing you a great favor and he is always talking to other staff and getting the orders wrong. The other staff are helpful it’s just the cashier that’s rude...really disappointed. He also tends to serve the food after handling cash and he does not wear any gloves.

My daughter ordered lamb munchers and chips, it was bad, chips were very old and dry, pita was full of chilli and onion, did not even have what she wanted as fillings,
Quite a steep price for poor quality ????
And worst still, my child was fasting and used this poor meal to break her fast.
Very disappointed ????

We have been buying from Anat for years. The quality of the food, more especially the meat has dropped so badly. Today is definitely the last day we will be buying from Anat Eastgate.

Had a beef schwarma yesterday most of the meat was gristle threw it away and very stingy with the tzatziki sauce. Compared to before quality has detoriated very dissappointed.

Food was not sealed when it arrived and the excuse was they had no seals. Don't know how you supposed to trust if your food is not sealed
