There’s a guy who’s working there sold me cell phone accessories, I told him precisely what I wanted plus he Google’d the device to make sure we are talking about the same thing. I paid for the accessories and he didn’t give me a slip. Ok. I get home and realize the accessories are too big they are for iPhone pro max not pro. As I return them they tell me they don’t have cash to give me, twice. Plus also that they can’t give me money I have to take something to take something. I say I mean, there’s nothing I want here.
I believe I was being frauded by this boy who was helping me who also had attitude. Definitely a store to avoid, they have criminals as employees.

Terrible service. Malebo was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Been waiting for the contract to be approved for over a week. Rude, they hang up the phone when you call for assistance and are not willing to assist at all.

On Saturday we were helped by a lovely guy, I think his name was Stanley. Most incredible service. Give this man a promotion!

Bought a mtnmifi router from the eastgate store one day later I had issues with the router. The wifi kept cutting off. Even on charge the battery was still on red. When back to the store two days later and insisted they change the router or refund me my money. The service in this store has always been poor

I went to make a payment in November 2021 and I still get calls that the payment that was made at east gate is not reflecting on their side. The gentleman that helped me didn’t even give a receipt but my bank statement clearly shows the amount was deducted from my account. MTN is just the worst!!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to take up a contract with them. Bunch of fraudsters

I am truly disappointed. I wanted to apply for an additional line on my contract. They haven’t returned my calls. They don’t answer their phones and when I go there, they are just as unhelpful. I have been waiting 2 days to get feedback and still nothing. MTN is a great network, but service like this really does damage to your reputation!
