Super unimpressed by the state of the men's changeroom, which had been deteriorating steadily over the past month to a year. I can't help wonder if the club manager is "working from home" as the problems are obvious. The shower drains are almost always blocked. The drain covers are open or missing. You get to stand in a pool of someone else's cold, soapy dirty water that won't drain away. The water is either cold or only lukewarm in some of the showers. Some of the showerheads are so blocked only a trickle of water comes out. The hooks to hang your towel/bag on are missing or broken in some of the showers. There is black mold on the shower ceilings. Not what I expect from one of the world's leading gym franchises. If I was a full paying member (thank you Discovery, that I'm not), I would have resigned ages ago. The rest of the gym is great ... (other than Kauai's glacial-speed service), but the state of the showers is a deal-breaker.

The staff attitudes can be improved, they are very selective. Mean and nasty to darker complexion people and smiling and shining for pink compatriots. Their staff service can really be improved.

Nice and new, although not that spacious. Equipment is great but would be nice to have more variety. Ended up moving to Planet Fitness..but still highly recommended!!

By far one of the best branches of Virgin Active out there. The equipment is always well maintained and I have never seen anything being out of order. The staff are always friendly and enthusiastic. Although it can get a little busy during peak times (as expected) you’re still able to do what you need to do. If you go during off-peak times, it feels like you’re working out in a private gym.

I visited this gym on two occasions. Perfectly situated and with under roof parking, this is a nice meduim size gym with pool, weight training and more for almost everyone in the family. The gym is new and well organized. Neat and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. Lucky took me on a tour through this gym and could answer my questions effectively. Hygiene was top of the list and i felt save. I still have not made a decision to join this gym but i can highly reccomend this family gym to anyone who wishes to join.

Nice equipments , clean ... BUT ...

Watch when you sign your contract !! Don't let the Virgin Active sales agent got with ur contract with any BLANK spaces pretending they need manager club signature. They might change your monthly fee ( like it happen to my self ) from r 280 UP to r 550 .

The gym is super clean. There's visible staff on the floor to make sure that masks and social distancing is being practiced. Sanitizers are everywhere.The equipment is constantly sanitized, (Cleaners are visible. You actually see them cleaning the equipment and sanitizing it) The gym is never packed and that is the bonus????????????
