Was there 9.30 this morning. Absolutely no service. Many staff standing and sitting behind till ignoring clients. 2 people in front of me and it took me almost 15 minutes to get service. Thete is no management that can see that there is customer service. I really god tired just looking at the slow pace at which the staff moved but significant was the constant chatter. Dischem, you should really train your staff.

If you ever struggle with your skin and need somebody to help, there is an older lady at the cosmetic section that is absolutely fantastic. I struggled for months with my skin and after spending so much money with no results she helped and recommended some treatments for me and within a few weeks my skin started clearing up. She really knows her stuff. Thanks so much

Went to Dischem Eastgate yesterday to buy allergex. The store wasn't busy as it was still early. When I got to the self medication counter there was just one customer at the counter. Four other people were standing around and talking to each other and it seemed that I was invisible to them. Very poor customer service for such a big Dischem. Before I went to the tills to pay, I asked one employee where the coffee was as it was advertised that Nescafe was on special. He just turned his back and said there is no coffee. Why does these employees treat customers like trash.? Not cool and unacceptable.

Excellent shopping experience at Dis-Chem. They have a wide variety of health and grooming products and staff who seem interested in assisting customers.
Highly recommended!

My son's girlfriend went to purchase a gift (Wednesday 22/12) on paying. the price, was not, what was advertised. On enquiry she was told the advert was old they had just not removed it, she then requested to speak to the manager who told her it's not his problem if she can't read. I would advise people to rather shop at a Dischem that has customer service at heart, I am truly disgusted.

I made a booking for my Discovery vitality test for 9h00. On arrival I was told that someone else also has a booking for the same timeslot so I can go afterwards. Now someone else needs to be put in front on me and I'm being asked to reschedule for another day??? This is not professional nor cool since I have taken time off work to come here.
