Big mall with plenty of big names.

Big named clothes shops too a lot of designer label shops too.

Also got your super markets , game example.

Big food market to with big sitting area.

Parking fees are quite cheap 2.

The mall is falling apart! Huge sections where you cannot walk past due to cracked.

Can’t even do basic maintenance and they market this as an upmarket mall.

Though Baywest Mall offers a variety of shops, it is a disappointing mall to shop at. As a mom of two kids, Baywest is never my first choice of shopping.

Firstly, there are no designated moms and babes parking like many of the other centres have. So that means, zero convenience of parking.

Their own employees smoke openly in a no smoking zone. Which is a problem for me as I am very health conscious and do not want to even take a breath of nicotine walking to the centre.

In 2015, I had complained about the family restrooms being stinky and not looked after well. 7 years later, the issue is still the same. I refuse to go in those family bathrooms as they smell gross. I would like to find out how often those nappy bins are emptied. The chair provided in the family room is pathetic, to say the least. It is a clear view on what the management think of breastfeeding and how they treat their clients - cheap quality and mentality.

Baywest management, go do your research and see the comfortable feeding chairs Walmer Park has in all their family changing rooms.

Cannot spend more than 10min in this mall anymore as it always feels like the place is heated to extreme uncomfortable and humid levels. Absolutely no ventilation. Used to be our favourite mall, but we avoid it as far as possible now.

One of the biggest mall in port Elizabeth having many international and local clothing stores.

What a nice clean mall, the atmosphere was great and the security was very visible, the staff was competent and very helpful, the whole place is wheelchair friendly. I will definitely return for another visit. We'll done to everyone who contributed to the wonderful atmosphere.

A lovely experience as always. Having gravity play park in the mall is a huge bonus! Book the kids in for a play while parents go shop.
