BT Games Baywest

My 73 year old Mother in law went with my 13 year old son to BT Games in Baywest today! She bought a game for my son of 13, for a Christmas gift. PS4 Rust. Which was aged 16. The sales person told my son that the game is a online game but they did not explain that you have to buy subscriptions to playstation plus to play the game, my son still told the sales person that he has uncapped wifi so he will be able to play, but the sales person did not mention anything about subscriptions. She is a pensioner and paid R800 for a game which he can't use. She went back to the store and The Manager was so rude to her and refused to exchange the game for her. She was in just a state when she got home, as she was treated so badly!
Firstly the sales person sold the game to an underage child and secondly he did not mention about subscriptions fees.

I am extremely upset by the way the Manager treated my Mom. This is NOT acceptable to treat a 73 year old woman.

Just wanted to inform customers NOT to support this business as they Do NOT value customers and treat you badly. I will never purchase from that store again and recommend that you do not either.

I have been frequenting this store for many years and I do not have a single complaint. The staff are consummate professionals and always greet me with a smile. They will always notify you if there is a delay regarding shipping or preordering and I have yet to be disappointed by their service. It is a joy to visit this store.

Friendly staff, but a lack of stock. They specialize in games, and as such, should have a wider selection available, instead of catering for the basic mainstream gamer. There are plenty of other places that do this. It's a specialty store, keep specialty stock. Also, staff member was a bit pushy trying to sell me a trilogy of a game, where I already own two of the three games. I'm a customer, not a sheep. Don't push me into buying something I don't want, and have already stated, I already own. Not the best BT games available.

Absolutely amazing, I have no complaints the costumer service is great, they always have amazing suggestions and they have fair prices I recommend coming here if your looking for any game's

They are always helpful to every customer.
Even if you are unsure and not ready to purchase they always treat you like a valued customer.
If there's any place to buy games Baywest Btgames would be my number 1 place to go to.

One the only places in PE that actually know what they are talking about with regards to gaming. Not the biggest but has what a person needs. Could have more inventory and accessories.

Great place. A regular customer. But today however the person named Dylan was such a piece of !#$u0026. He is rude and needs his attitude checked. To think I've been shopping here for years. You need a !u0026$# shave buddy u0026 an attitude adjustment. Won't be buying here again!
