My 73 year old Mother in law went with my 13 year old son to BT Games in Baywest today! She bought a game for my son of 13, for a Christmas gift. PS4 Rust. Which was aged 16. The sales person told my son that the game is a online game but they did not explain that you have to buy subscriptions to playstation plus to play the game, my son still told the sales person that he has uncapped wifi so he will be able to play, but the sales person did not mention anything about subscriptions. She is a pensioner and paid R800 for a game which he can't use. She went back to the store and The Manager was so rude to her and refused to exchange the game for her. She was in just a state when she got home, as she was treated so badly!
Firstly the sales person sold the game to an underage child and secondly he did not mention about subscriptions fees.
I am extremely upset by the way the Manager treated my Mom. This is NOT acceptable to treat a 73 year old woman.
Just wanted to inform customers NOT to support this business as they Do NOT value customers and treat you badly. I will never purchase from that store again and recommend that you do not either.
Very disappointed Customer!
