Wanted to buy men’s shoes the prices were non existent on the shoes as well as the sales staff even the managers Disgusting that I had to look around for a sales person

ONE STAR only because its the lowest option!! Clearly the store management in this store is the problem and guaging by the negative reviews on this site, nothing has been done to improve the service levels or variety. My view is to stop supporting this store which is what I will definately do.

Not impressed with lack of care/service..... Eventually walked out, went to volpes, bought everything I wanted there and I'm happy

I honestly thought was Edgars was starting to get things right with the changes in JHB. In Baywest we back to the same old situation where there are 25 of the same size ... 28 and 30 .... and no other of the majority sizes in Levi jeans......To find someone on the shop floor to assist was also a mission. Three of the people we approached were not wearing name badges or anything to identify them as working for Edgars.
