Siyamthanda, our waitress was out of this world. She immediately sensed that I was not alright and had a nice chat to comfort me. She went over and above to make sure everything was 100% at our table. Seriously the best service, best food, best waitress. Well done!!!!!
Lovely (very safe) playground for kiddies.
An extra add on was the Super Clean restroom @ the Engen ????????????

Horrible experience today. 4 Different waiters serving us and getting the orders wrong. Service extremely slow and when the food arrived eventually it is without the cooldrinks. Will never eat there again. How they still have their Wimpy licence is really a miracle. A disaster from beginning to finish and it is not the first time. The bill was also wrong as usual. Will never go there again.

PLEASE watch how you treat your staff! the Floor manager was so rude to the waitress (I NEVER get upset at food places, we are only grateful to be eating) but i was so mad when i heard how she was talking to this waitress as if she was nothing. please monitor how you treat your staff, in front of customers AS WELL as in private.

I had the unfortunate situation where I paid double for our meal. The team tried to assist but to no avail. It was unfortunately the last day of the break and had to head back North the following day. They promised that I will be reimbursed in most 3 working days as my details were taken.
Two weeks later the owner phone me to understand what went wrong. I took her through the entire experience and she further promised me another 3 working days.
Today, exactly 4 weeks later and still no refund?

Very bad service I got today. Very unwelcoming at the door. The waitrass took long when taking our orders. She also looked unmotivated to serve us. The bread I got was hard to eat and when I asked her to bring me another 2 breads she told me that she "forgot". And this is the second time I have had bad experience at this Wimpy. I'm disappointed. I'm never coming here again. Thank you.
