Fast and friendly service. Steak was 100% soft and juicy. The only downside was the onion rings, it didn't taste well. Spur was nice and clean.

I have enjoyed eating at numerous Spurs. One of my favorite dishes is the Unreal Breakfast. As I am vegetarian I always ask that they replace the bacon with mushroom and I have not found any Spur having a problem with that until this one. They are willing to leave the bacon out at my cost and adding the mushrooms at my cost. I then decided to take the avo on toast and a portion of chips. The avo was the thinnest slices of avo I have ever experienced on toast at any Spur or other restaurant. See attached photos. After I said that I was going to complain, they brought me a few more pieces of avo.

On Sunday 24 July we did some shopping fir our children in PE at Baywest Mall after attending their gender reveal on Saturday. As we had some spare time before boarding our flight back to Cape Town we decided to quickly dine at Biloxi Spur. First they made us wait fir almost 10 min, my daughter in law is 6mthd pregnant, whilst there was an open table close to the grill area.
After pointing this out several times to them we were eventually seated. After a while a tall waitor took out order We ordered foidcand drinks immediately as we were pressed for time. My son ordered a starter nachos before they bring the main meals. After a long wait and enquirng about our food, the establishment was not that busy, we were served. No sign of the nachos. When we requested the manager to call the waiter he merely said sorry he forgot. Our food was cold too. I did not want to tip but did. After complaining when paying and leaving i was only told sorry sir. Sorry but i have to write this review and will likely not dine there again. Kudos to service at Cape Town franchises.

I am very disappointed in the food we got tonight was so bad first I ask for chicken burger with vegetables but when it came it was disgusting tasted bad I send it back then they gave me chips and onion rings I started to eat a bit of it but onion rings was so oily was really not nice kids chips as well we left so many chips and onion rings coz it tasted bad all the food was off tonight for me it was a waste of money I could of rather made better food at home I felt siek after eating that food. I just wanted to go usely we sit and take another drink to relax but not tonight

Normally I am not to disappointed in Spur, but I doubt I would be returning to this one.. Drinks were not a problem, we waited forever to get our food, just for the baked patato to be burned, the onion rings were burned so bad as well I had to ask for new ones.. The portuguese steak was so chewy she only had a few bites and took the rest home... One thing that I couldn't fault was my Texan blaze burger...
What a disappointment.

Update 2022, still a typical spur, but our table was rocking around and that was frustrating, otherwise okay.
Before, Typical Spur restaurant, but the location is good. We had a funny moment when our food was served on a Panarottis plate ????

Always yummy food but we had a bit of a fright with the price of starters for 5 people.
