Order a Nachos meal, being in a hurry and food already in the bag, didnt check it, only to find out that they only gave us the chips without the toppings.. Been trying to phone them today to enquire but no one is answering. And the chicken Burrito, not even sure if there was chicken or mince in it. Didn't taste like anything. Image of nachos we got.

First time trying it out with the family tonight. The cashier was super knowledgeable and guided us to choose the right taco for our first time. I love the visible hand sanitizer and that the staff use it. Reasonably priced but the tacos are delicious and the meal portions are good value.

what a waste of our time 35min waiting for our order..everyone that came after us got their food before us..when we got our food my fries were cold and i said i want new fries not old nd cold im sori but taco paco wont see us again.thanx for ur help Robyn the cashier.

My girlfriend and I ordered from paco taco on Mr delivery and we had such a terrible experience. The food was bland. The chips were cold and stale, so was the taco. We had told them specifics instructions as to what to leave out but they completely ignored our requests. The was utterly terrible and im so sorry google doesn't give the option for no stars because that's what paco taco desevers. Definitely won't be eating there again and I advise others not to also.

Treated the family to tacos yesterday. The cashier was very helpful, friendly, and patient as I asked about ingredients and whether we could get a vegan taco for my daughter - unfortunately the veg option has sour cream and cheese, so we had to leave them off with no alternative.
The chicken taco was tastier in my opinion than the beef. My daughter said that she enjoyed her 'vegan' taco.
Note: the hard, crispy tacos should be eaten immediately or they will get soft and lose their crunchy texture.
I was sadly disappointed with the chips which honestly tasted as if they were stale and warmed up, so I won't bother with the 'meal' option again.
I think we will try the nachos next time...

Poor food quality. Portions are extremely small and tasteless.

First time eating at paco taco was sad, they didn't even put the food on a tray. It was brought in a bag. The beef burrito isn't even beef, is mince and there's more beans then actual mince. Also it lacked salt. Very disappointed actually.
