The food was on point, milkshakes could have been a tad bit sweeter and less icey. We also waited a while for our order. Other than that we had a pleasant experience.

I visited in February while with family in PE. The food was okay but filled a hole at the time.
I had better at other branches but the service here was just perfect. Other places the staff can be quite intrusive and can spoil a meal but this team had it just right and we appreciated being able to enjoy the meal and each others company without being constantly interrupted to see if we were okay. If the burgers were a bit better then this would be a five star review.

Not always the best service like the one in Summerstrand, but the food remains the same, always goooood.

I will be honest. I enjoyed the milkshakes.
However, very disappointed for the rib size. The cheesy chips are way more in size than the ribs. Plus the ribs was R80! Way too expensive for its small size. Quite disappointing and will not order it again. Our original waitress disappeared that served us and they provide dirty knifes and forks to us. I had call someone to fix the problem. Then a random waiter expected I will tip after such service?!? I know it is Black Friday weekend people, but no excuse for mistakes like this and tips cannot be given to waiters that was not serving me. Please management team, please fix these issues and return to the original professional service standards you use to provide.

Burgers were below average. The MOFO hot wings were less spicy than the chilli cheese bom burger. Have had alot better experiences with this restaurant.

Abit expensive but alright I guess. It is better to sit down and have food I think than get a takeaway. It tastes a lot better? Unsure if that's a psychological thing or what but just a feeling. It's nice to be able to have an advanced build a burger setup too and people can get what they want. Just abit on the expensive side of things.
