The queue to be inside was long and the wait time to be served was almost 45 minutes. Maybe since it was a busy Saturday. We requested drinks which also took long. However, the pizza ???? was great.

When we popped in on Monday late afternoon to order takeaway, it was quiet and peaceful. The teller was lovely, friendly and super helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. The pizzas were prepared quickly, and we were definitely given service with a smile. The pizzas were tasty and well presented! Thank you.

Good meal. The restaurant was busy and the wait was about 45 mins, but the meal was good. Highly recommend the pizza, but the pasta that a friend bought looked very good.

Customer service awfull
Pizza was undercooked
Great childhood memories at Panarottis but I was utterly disappointed in this one they don't hold up to Panarottis usual standards at all.????

This use to be my GO-TO place whether it is as a family or whether it's just me and my partner... Love love their strawberry daiquiri and their pizza

However on Sunday I was there, I understand it was after new years, we waited half an hour outside (not an issue) they were busy... When we got in we were not allocated a Waitress... Someone happened to be walking by and asked us if we were helped.. Took our drinks I ordered a strawberry daiquiri of cause. It took half an hour to get to us. And they did it wrong.. I called the manager and informed her of the terrible service I got since getting in. How do you let people in without ensuring there is enough staff to assist. She then fixed my drink..

The food was great!! Standard was kept...

But service including was terrible,, we were not asked if we were okay, our Waitress was MIA without asking someone to check up on us. I had to ask a Waitress that just passed by for the bill.

It was just terrible and not the standard I'm use to receiving from them

Really generous with their cheese, fresh vegetables on their pizza. Also great place to go with kids.
