Ordered a triple decker chilli cheese chicken pizza yesterday only to find a strand of hair beneath the layer of cheese. This is actually really disgusting and unhygienic on so many levels. Please follow the necessary health and safety regulations in store.

We ordered chicken triple decker 17:30 (24th September ) .
As soon as we open it ,it looked as if it fail and it was messy . The pizza was burnt underneath and misplaced. We had to throw a whole R226 …gone . THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Yummy pizza but oh my goodness it took so long for me to get it…it was not even busy at all, UBER and MR D drivers weren’t even to be seen but it took so long. This is the third time that we waited for over 30 minutes for one small pizza

Staff not very helpful or friendly - only saving grace is the great pizzas I got. The staff need better training

Ordered 1 pizza over an hour ago and when I called they said the driver will leave soon, not even on his way as yet. Absolutely bad service..

No social distancing. Mr Delivery or uber eat driver's allowed into store with no mask or sanitizing. Very scary with the new covid variant around
