Upmarket, clean, house that is run by the loveliest lady, Samu.
Beautiful rooms, tastefully decorated, ultra comfortable with feather duvets and crisp white linen. Fitted with all the modern amenities. Dstv, Wi-Fi,etc.
The lady who works there is an asset to the business. Always friendly and super efficient.
I would say this is the best guest house in Norwood by far.
Best part is,how close it is to all the shops and restaurants

Stayed there last year, 2016, while waiting for a visa. Comfortable and close to all the eateries on Grany... you'll not go hungry!

Cannot recommend it to anyone I know. Not a place to be.

The website looked good and the pictures seemed luxurious, however it is dirty, unsafe and NOT luxurious. The place was un-kept. Cars are parked very close to the street and the area seemed very dangerous. Not enough parking. We did not feel safe at all - room windows were closed though unlocked. You need to walk through a dark passage next to the house to enter the house. We were provided with a double bed instead of two single beds as requested. The bed pillows appeared yellow-stained. The shower was mouldy. Whole house had a bad odour as if it was old, mouldy and rotten. We paid the full amount and are waiting for a response to get our money back.

We slept there for four nights. We were comfortable and the room was clean with fresh towels daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was the dark room which you had to burn a light even during the day. The aircon was a plus for us and the location was perfect as Highlands North was just down the road. On Grant Avenue there are a lot of all restaurants to choose from. The Loof coffee shop/bistro was 500 yards away and serve great coffee and light meals. So don't be put off by the location or frontage as you going to miss a great stay. We will be back.

The staff members were great. I felt so welcome and they went the extra mile according to my needs. The breakfast was nice and the room was clean and tidy.
