One of my favourite spots, so I might be biased. It's such a peaceful and laid-back place.
I love the combination of a good show and a relaxed lunch afterwards. The food is of high quality. Curry chicken and the fillet steak highly recommended. The chocolate sweet is the perfect dessert treat.
They did not have my choice of soft drink, perhaps the bar could be better stocked.

Foxwood theatre , set in the culture- and historically-rich Houghton where so many of our Leaders lived, is a strong and brave leader boldly speaking out with their productions and panel discussions against the current worldwide grip of fascism and societal maleficent manipulation . Other creative artistic productions of merit are also presented. Stimulating , thought provoking and wise presenters give much needed in depth information and inspiration for humanity. I give the Foxwood Managers Standing Applause.

A serene quiet setting. Good for people seeking rest and privacy. There is a beautiful garden for kids to run around. I enjoyed watching the swans and ducks play in the garden. The rooms have a retro feel with contemporary outside showers. Good for hosting writing retreats and small conferences.

Hidden gem in Joburg. Wonderful and peaceful accommodation. It feels like a home from home. The breakfast was not very special or outstanding - quite plain and ordinary. I think more effort could have gone into the breakfast. But for a stopover while in Joburg, it is recommendable. The atmosphere is awesome and the buildings and gardens are phenomenal.
