Most terrible visit to a Wimpy ever! After we were shown to a table, it was another 15 minutes before we could get the attention of a waiter and place our order. When the food came, it was a further disappointment and incredibly underwhelming. The food on the plate was an extremely failed attempt at the food on the menu. The waiter was even embarrassed to serve me the portion of ribs and returned it to the kitchen before I could say anything about it. Not that it helped cause when he brought back the "corrected portion" it was all just the same. The wings were just drenched in the the peri-peri sauce. My husband's steak and BBQ chicken looked like something you'd serve the dog. This was absolutely terrible. If Wimpy values their reputation, they should move quickly to offer better training to the kitchen staff and customer service training to the waiting staff.

This wimpy is really great as it’s halal and since we don’t eat pork it’s a treat to be able to eat any breakfast without paying extra.

Service by our waitress (Angie Ndlovu) was excellent and she is super friendly and on the ball but I am rating 4 stars as the kitchen took a bit longer than usual to prepare our meals but it came perfectly prepared to the Wimpy standards I have gotten used to over the last 40 years of eating at Wimpy all over the country.

All in all easy 4 star experience and will surely be back.

Used to be great when they initially opened. Since then, quality has been dwindling. Cheap packet milk used in their hot beverages. They never have smoked beef, which is a Wimpy staple. We used to have a weekly breakfast there, but not anymore.

Love their freshly squeezed orange juice! Service was okay. Enjoyed the meal. Place is a bit small though but friendly staff and nice atmosphere....

Service was efficient. The staff is friendly. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time that I was there. The booths have plugs should you have a need for using your laptop, etc. I didn't check if free Wi-Fi was available. A family had an appointment at 9 am and requested that their meals be brought in time for them to be able to arrive at their appointment timeously. The staff was able to accommodate their request.

Horrible service from both floor staff and kitchen staff and manager, shifting blame to supplier about the old lettuce instead of apologizing when we raised the issue about the lettuce, some of the chips were soaked in oil it didnt look like they were the same brand of chips, roll was just falling apart as you bite into it as if it had been there for weeks.
I asked for my kids food to come as soon as possible BUT only arrived when all our food came .
asked for my second drink to arrive with my food and it only arrived when i was almost done.

Terrible experience on more than one occasion.
Don’t think I’ll visit this branch again.

The first time I ordered an omelette it tasted like thick Slabs of processed cheese with sprinkles of mushroom. The second time I ordered over Uber eats (also a omelette ) I ordered veg options only and on arrival found Macon in it. I couldn’t touch the omelette! I complaint and got no response.

Absolutely appalled at the standard , service and quality of this wimpy branch.
