Most terrible visit to a Wimpy ever! After we were shown to a table, it was another 15 minutes before we could get the attention of a waiter and place our order. When the food came, it was a further disappointment and incredibly underwhelming. The food on the plate was an extremely failed attempt at the food on the menu. The waiter was even embarrassed to serve me the portion of ribs and returned it to the kitchen before I could say anything about it. Not that it helped cause when he brought back the "corrected portion" it was all just the same. The wings were just drenched in the the peri-peri sauce. My husband's steak and BBQ chicken looked like something you'd serve the dog. This was absolutely terrible. If Wimpy values their reputation, they should move quickly to offer better training to the kitchen staff and customer service training to the waiting staff.
