Stayed at the Holiday Inn Rosebank for a business related trip and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Every single staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The amenities were great and all meals served were fresh and high quality. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Johannesburg/Rosebank, I know I'll be back!

Nice hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Good restaurant and nice area to have a drink with friends in the evening.

Dinner menu good. Breakfast a little expensive for what is offered. Better selection of jams would be nice, not impressed with coffee machine. Quality of juices average.

Overall very nice stay with easy access to shops and restaurants. Front desk staff great

Absolutely loved staying here...staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean even have your own iron and ironing board. Breakfast was a treat. The location is perfect Rosebank Mall on your doorstep. Would love to come back.

We booked a buffet dinner at Holiday Inn for my best friend's birthday. The service was excellent, the setup was perfect and we were assisted by the Fu0026B Manager himself! it was an amazing experience with exceptionally good food at a reasonable price !

Nicely located hotel within the Rosebank mall, right beside the Gautrain and by the roadside. The customer service is excellent, with reasonable security measures.
The room is spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The restaurant serves excellent food and a variety of drinks, both soft and hard.

Oh, the food - amazing! Warm friendly staff make the stay a pleasant one. The location is ideal for someone on a business travel as it is accessible and has close proximity with a wide range of facilities, including malls, hospitals and fun spots. It even better for one who is new in town - as the perfect intro to Rosebank, Joburg and Gauteng as a whole.

I must say I am very disappointed in this hotel.I would not advise anyone to book a stay here.The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned,the carpets are filthy and the food is mediocre. The night manager tried to ease my disappointment by upgrading my room but I will not be returning.An utter waste of money.When recruiting cleaning staff,ensure you hire people who take their jobs seriously.
