Very disappointed! Bedsheets were not changed from previous customer. Dirty with stains and hair on it. Only one towel was provided. Worst experience ever. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.

Rooms are big and clean but lights are not well. However, customer services needs to improve alot. With the family of four we only received one bath towel. After several reminders they provide one extra towel. There is no phone in the room so to communicate everytime need to go downstairs at the reception. There were no toiletries on the first day of the stay.
All in all it was ok to stay as been in the center.

Our stay was okay in general. Curtains were not washed properly, furniture is worn out, bathroom locks not locking properly. You get what you pay for.

Awesome stay.
Rooms are neat and tidy. All basic services available at hand. The general workers are very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist always available in case an emergency comes up. The guards always there at any given time. Top floor with beautiful views of the city.

Yummilicious breakfast for only ZAR 50. You can eat whatever you want and how much you want to. Nice place to stay. Located near the main shops where essential commodities are easily found.

100% recommendation to all family and friends. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

3.5 stars. We had a pleasant stay, although the AC was not working and one of the window latches were broken. I struggled to open and close the curtains. However, we enjoyed that the room was clean, the shower was nice, and the room had all basic amenities.
